Yet another Get a Mac commercial
Wednesday, February 7th, 2007 | Apple News
Its been a year or so ago when Apple Inc. released its first set of Get a Mac commercials. By now its become a regular occurrence. Apple has once again released another Get a Mac ad. Perhaps I’m beginning to sound bored, on the contrary I think Apple has been pretty creative with its ads. They have been able to put together creative and humorous ads. I’ve liked pretty much all of them so far. Some strike my funny bone a little more than others. They all poke fun at Windows, however I can’t help but notice subtle yet very true realities that are ever present in Windows. For example, the new ad titled “Security” pokes fun at Window’s constant nagging of the user to allow various actions. I’ve been using a Mac for almost a year, and only after watching this ad, I’ve realized that the Mac doesn’t bug me with unnecessary and constant requests to allow or disallow various actions. Actually, I don’t recall the last time it asked me a security question. Yet the system has been secure, virus free and very stable.
